YOU MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS BEFORE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO VEIW, POST, OR BID ON ITEMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, PLEASE, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES. ONCE YOU CLICK THE REGISTER ME BUTTON BELOW, YOU AGREE TO THESE SAID TERMS OF THE USER AGREEMENT BELOW. Article 1. Eligibility of membership - This auction site is only available to registered members who are legal adults AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER and legally able to form binding contracts with you and the seller/buyer of an auction item. People who are under the age of 18 are not eligible for membership and are forbidden from accessing this site. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these auction services and MUST LEAVE NOW. Article 2. The Auctions at Panty Hog is only providing a venue for members to list and bid on auctions. - We only provide services to adult members interested in selling and buying merchandise via Internet auction. We do not have ownership or personal involvement with the items that are posted on the auction site, and therefore cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of a said product. We are not responsible for the actions the seller takes before, during, and after the auction, typographical errors, misprints, loss of merchandise/money, damage or failure of equipment due to your visit to this auction site. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented 'As-Is'. Article 3. Bidding and Selling - As an adult member, you may bid and/or sell merchandise. As a bidder, you know that placing a bid is a binding contract with you and the seller, and the bid cannot be retracted unless due to fault by the seller of typographical error, other error, or due to human error on the seller's part. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. Placing a bid on an internet auction site, winning, and then not paying for the product is illegal in most states/provinces, and will result in limitation or exclusion of your ability to particiate in the Auctions at Panty Hog. As a seller, the item that you place up for bids must be real. Pre-sales are accepted. Once a bid has been placed for your item, you are placed in a binding contract with the potential buyer of the product, if that bid shall be the highest bid. Once the auction is over, if the reserve price has been met, you are obligated to sell to the highest bidder in your auction. If the reserve price was not met, you are not obligated in any way to sell this item at all. As a seller, you are not in any way to bid on your own items. If reported, your auction will be deleted. Article 4. Posting Items - As an adult member, you are welcome to post items up for sale on The Auctions at Panty Hog. We do have restrictions on what items you may sell. You may not sell illegal merchandise, including pirated software and music, firearms, body parts, obscene materials, sex acts, bodily fluids, excrement, anything related to minors, or anything that is or might be considered illegal. Items that are up for auction are subject to review by the staff of $config{'sitename'}, and my be removed without prior notice if in violation with the User Agreement. Article 5. Charges - Bidding on an item and registering are free on this site. However participation is a privilege that can be revoked for violating this user aggreement.. Article 6. Privacy - We gather personally identifiable information only as needed to allow you to use the auction services, prevent access by minors, and to inform you of results of the auctions. Personal information is not shared, sold, or rented to any other party unless required by court order. Personal information (your email address) sent to a user regarding a product bought or sold on the auction is not to be used for any other purpose, except for communication regarding the auction item. Article 7. Warranty - The Auctions at Panty Hog provides this web site in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition. The Auctions at Panty Hog is not liable for any damages resulting in an auction, or your visit to the site.
